C. Clayton approached Mr Alex Taylor after experiencing painful vaginal symptoms. C. Clayton was treated for her symptoms using the Mona Lisa Touch therapy and the results from the treatment are really positive. She explains a bit more about her experience of the treatment here.
“I’ve actually been a patient of Mr Taylor’s for around 10-12 years, I had two conditions that caused pain and discomfort, so Mr Taylor performed my hysterectomy and after 4 months 90% of the pain had gone. I then started getting sore down below, so Alex invited me in for a chat to discuss the Mona Lisa Touch treatment.”
Why Did You Choose Alex?
“The online information about him was good, plus he was really well known in the area, so I just went for it! Before finding Mr Taylor, I had tried over the counter treatments, before eventually the pharmacist suggested that I talk to a doctor. I got in touch with Mr Taylor to arrange an initial consultation and I liked him instantly. He’s so kind and you can tell he’s a real expert. He has a real skill of putting you at ease, especially when it feels like an awkward situation.”
How Did Carol Find The Treatment?
“You get 3 instalments of the treatment, so 1 a month. After the first, I felt a little bit of an improvement, but it was really after the second I felt a massive difference.”
What Was the Procedure Like?
“It wasn’t too bad. I had to lie down, and Mr Taylor anesthetised the area, I just felt some pressure when the probe went in. He then asked where it hurt and blitzed it. It was a little bit sore afterwards – expect a burning sensation for a few hours after!”
How Did You Find the Process from Initial Consultation to Treatment?
“It was really good; I was very anxious but the whole clinic was lovely and welcoming – the nurse that works with Mr Taylor was so nice. During the consultation, Mr Taylor gave me lots of information upfront including videos so I knew what to expect. I was hesitant at first, as I had to pay for the procedure, but I took a leap of faith and it paid off. Before the treatment, Mr Taylor explained how it would feel and how it would work so I was very well informed throughout. I would recommend everything, his pace, the environment, the follow-up, the aftercare he’s just an expert.”
Is the Mona Lisa Touch Worth It in Comparison to Over-the-Counter Medication/Creams?
“Definitely, I haven’t needed any other kind of treatment since. I would definitely recommend it, it’s not just the pain that’s improved; it’s my overall sense of wellbeing.
I’ve spoken to friends of similar ages in their mid-40s who have started to think that they have thrush. It’s always best to get checked; don’t assume it’s fine.”
Would You Recommend Mr Taylor? And if so, why?
“Absolutely, he’s been a real support to me over the 10 years with all my treatments. He’s really professional as well as a gentleman; his experience shines through, and you can tell that he’s done this for years. It’s tough to build a rapport in situations like this, but Alex is brilliant. I’m one of his younger patients as it’s usually older ladies that he treats and he can adapt to whoever he’s talking to so easily, he’s really classy. I 100% trust and recommend Alex.”
